To have a better Brittany Spaniel, obedience training is a definite plus. Since dogs vary in temperament; different methods of training are used. The more sensitive dog will require only a verbal reprimand; others will require firmer reprimands. A course in obedience training at an early age develops a better master-dog relationship. Many people have the misconception that the Brittany Spaniel is a super active dog requiring several hours of exercise a day. That is generalizing the race. Some are more energetique than others. They are classed from calm to active, big to small.........
